Peter Crosby is the President and Principal
Consultant of Exposure Assessment
Strategies, Inc. He has more
than 23 years experience in the
field of health and safety, public
health and exposure assessment.
He has spent more than 12
years as an independent health and
safety consultant, working with
power utilities, manufacturers,
construction companies, the New York
City Department of Health and Mental
Hygiene, property managers and
owners, and residents on issues
surrounding workplace and
environmental chemical exposure.
Peter holds a B.S. in Forensic Science/Toxicology,
an M.S. in Environmental and
Occupational Health Science and will
complete his Ph.D. in Environmental
Science – Human Exposure
Assessment in the near future.
He is a Certified Industrial
Hygienist (CIH) and a Certified
Safety Professional (CSP).
Peter has served as an
adjunct professor at the Hunter
College/City University of New York
Graduate School of Urban Public
Health where he has taught
toxicology, industrial hygiene and
environmental science to graduate
public health and industrial hygiene
students.
He has also taught at SUNY
Downstate Medical Center where he
taught graduate students and medical
professionals in the recently
accredited Masters of Public Health
Program. He currently teaches
the Comprehensive Industrial Hygiene
Review Course at the University of
Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey
School of Public Health for students
seeking to take the ABIH industrial
hygiene certification exam.

Stacy Berman is the Vice President and Marketing
Manager of Exposure Assessment
Strategies, Inc. She has 15
years experience working in the
corporate human resources field,
specifically focused on creating
effective and highly productive
organizational cultures, management
training, employee communication and
development training and
productivity assessments. She
has worked in many industries,
including financial services,
pharmaceuticals, consulting,
consumer products and government.
Stacy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Experimental Psychology, a Master's
of Science Degree in Organizational
Behavior as well as a Master's
Degree in Counseling.
